ASSESSMENTS
Improvement starts with clearly understanding the current status of a business as well the challenges and improvement opportunities. Once an objective assessment is completed, we can more effectively develop an improvement/optimization plan to move your business forward in the targeted areas.
In order to gain a crystal-clear perspective on the business challenges and opportunities, we employ a 3 Channel Assessment format which involves gaining perspective from all 3 sides of the challenges and opportunities: management, staff and direct observations.
A 3 Channel Assessment includes:
Initial meetings with Management to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the business and the development of a preliminary set of priorities for the Assessment. Review of all relevant performance metrics and support data.
Interviews with selected team members, support staff others related to the objectives.
Personal observations related to the objectives from our highly experienced and objective perspective.
Debrief and Prioritization meeting:
Using the information gathered from the Assessment a debrief meeting will be held to discuss our findings and share related recommendations with management. From this debrief meeting a prioritized Plan will be prepared to outline WHAT the improvement targets are, HOW we achieve the targeted results and by WHEN the targeted improvements should occur.
Assessment duration is dependent on several factors including size of company, number of employees and complexity of challenges. A typical Assessment is from 1 to 3 days including the final report of observations, recommendations and debrief.
1-day On-site Assessment is $1,500.00*
3-day Onsite Assessment is: $4,000.00**
Assessment fees do not include travel outside the State of Arizona.
Remote Assessment – an Assessment may be conducted remotely depending on the nature of the business and the challenges and opportunities present in the business. Please inquire if you desire more information about Remote Assessment.
